Moreover it is also confirmed that Shahid Afridi provided a letter of 4pages to ICC confirming that players are guilty and involved in spot-fixing.

This news is absolutely authentic and in times or a few days you will find out too. unfortunately the Board has stopped the players from coming on television to speak on this issue. Hence i cant get them on the show. One question i would like to ask Afridi is why did he get into ball eating incident when he did and was that the only time he was involved in such a scam? I support the Pakistani players because so far the ICC has not given any authentic proof against them and the provisional ban of 3 months is long over. How can the ICC bend its own rules. Also when their top executive went on air on the BBC claiming he would be disappointed unless these players go punished then the iCC should have dropped him from the panel to judge the players.
Our players may be guilty of some wrongdoing like they have been in the past but this must come with tangible evidence. What about Suresh Raina, Shane Warne and MArk Wagh? Why were they allowed to go Scot free by the ICC why only one sided actions against the Pakistani players?
Afridi on the other hand has not proved himself captain material by his reckless style and behavior. He is often not happy when players like Amir take the headlines and not him. Time will prove that he is a major conspirator in the Pakistani team.
Afridi should have reported this first to the Pakistan Board and not someone else who can throw mud on the entire country. There are many ways to expose the real culprits and they must be exposed. The criminals if any must not be allowed to get away. But then we must ensure by doing so we do not damage the country while trying to expose an individual.
In the past too there have been many players involved in match fixing and it can be traced back to Tony Greig but unfortunately we rarely discuss other international players.

In my view, we should have to wait and watch the current hearning in DOHA. As far as concerned about Mr. Shahid Afradi, our laws / cricket administration are not so strong and they are depending on certain players rather to gave a chance to other new commers who really deserve the position in Pakistani team. This is not the first time it’s happened, if you recalled long time back about Saqlain Mushtaq performance and who’s behind the whole story to kick out from Pakistani, you can realize that the whole structure / system not good. Even though you have to recalled how Wasim Akram doesn’t like another greatest fast bowler in Pakistani team and that person was out from Pakistan team more than a years.
I wish all the best and pray to Allah to give them hedayat and have to see the current DOHA hearing.
